Simon John Ritchie, known as Sid Vicious, was the bassist of the band I love, "Sex Pistols"!! Sid joined the Sex Pistols in 1977, replacing bassist Glen Matlock. Although his ability to play bass was limited, Sid quickly became a punk icon due to his incredible attitude, causing Sex Pistols' manager to say,"if John (vocalist of the band) is the voice of punk, then Sid is the attitude."

His career was short but he left a good legacy in terms of punk, he invented the pogo and left more with his attitude

He also had a solo career, and was a David Bowie fan!!! (i love david bowie sm)
